Hey, I’m Jolie!
A born-and-bred New Yorker now embracing Memphis life with my Southern gentleman husband (his accent totally won me over!), who I met 4 years after a tough divorce. I'm blessed with a wonderfully chaotic blend of three amazing adult children, two fantastic step-sons, and three deliciously adorable dogs. Fair warning: I'm that person who can't stop sharing animal videos and supporting every dog rescue in sight!
When I'm not helping women transform their relationship with anxiety, you'll find me attempting to dominate the pickleball court (still working on that backhand!), binge-watching Shrinking and Ted Lasso (fellow Apple TV addicts, unite!), or curled up with a good book - usually with all three dogs trying to share my reading chair.
My professional journey has been quite the adventure – from social worker to third-grade teacher, stay-at-home mama to divorce therapist, and high school guidance counselor to where I am today.
At 56, I've found my sweet spot - helping amazing women like you rediscover their inner sparkle (yes, I said sparkle, and I'm sticking to it!).
